1. What Avtivka is
Avtivka is a diary to track mileage, expenses, service and reminders. The service is provided by [legal entity name]. By using the app you agree to these terms.
2. Account
You need an account so your records don’t get lost. Keep access to it safe. If you notice someone else signing in, change the password in “Account” and write to us.
3. Your data
Everything you enter belongs to you. You let us store and process this data only so the app works. Don’t upload what you have no rights to, or other people’s personal data without consent.
4. Price
Avtivka is free while the closed test lasts. If paid features appear, we’ll warn you in advance and won’t charge anything without your consent.
5. Reminders are hints
We count reminders and forecasts from your records. They don’t replace the manufacturer’s schedule or your garage’s advice. We aren’t responsible for the car’s condition or for decisions based on these hints.
6. Availability
We try to keep Avtivka running without interruptions but can’t guarantee it. Without the internet, entries, plans, reminders and mileage wait on the phone and go out once you’re back online.
7. Deletion and termination
You can delete the account at any moment. We may limit access if the account is used to break the law or these terms — and we’ll warn you if possible.
8. Changes to the terms
We’ll tell you in the app about significant changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
